Monday, February 13, 2017 is the last day to register to vote for the March 14, 2017 City of Gainesville Election. A voter in this election must reside within the Gainesville city limits. Voters already registered are encouraged to verify and update their registration status online at Votealachua.com by clicking on the link, “My Registration Status.”
The Supervisor of Elections office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to accept voter registration applications. The office is located at 515 N. Main Street, Suite 300 and has an after-hours drop box located outside the building at the main entrance. Voter registration applications received through the drop box will be accepted up until midnight on February 13th for the City of Gainesville Election.
Registration forms are available online at VoteAlachua.com. You may use this form to register to vote, update your voter information, or to update your signature by downloading the application and returning the signed, completed form to our office. You may also register to vote in person at the Supervisor of Elections Office, any Florida Driver License Office, Alachua County Public Libraries or by mail.

To vote in the City of Gainesville Election, all mail-in applications must be postmarked no later than the February 13th deadline.
All registered voters living within the Gainesville city limits are eligible to vote in the At-Large Seat 2 race. Only eligible City of Gainesville voters living in Gainesville City District 2 may vote in the District 2 race and only eligible City of Gainesville voters living in Gainesville City District 3 may vote in the District 3 race.
