Award-winning local property management and real estate development firm Trimark Properties has recently announced the newest addition to its innovative Marketing Department. Genevieve Howard, a newly-graduated alumna from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business, has been selected as the company’s Digital Marketing and Advertising Coordinator. Howard will assist the team in promoting Trimark’s extensive portfolio of state-of-the-art commercial real estate and luxury apartments in Gainesville, FL.
“The Trimark Family is excited to welcome Genevieve into our team,” said Aubrey Morey, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Trimark Properties. Gainesville is known for cultivating fresh talent from students graduating from the nation’s 14th-ranked public University, and local businesses such as Trimark benefit from the burgeoning talent pool. “The quality education she received from the University of Florida and her familiarity with the Gainesville student housing market will bring a fresh and unique perspective to our advertising strategies.”
A thirty-five-time City Beautification Award winner, Trimark Properties has consistently remained a dominant force in the Gainesville real estate industry since its inception in 1995. As a marketing team member, Howard will analyze Gainesville’s student housing and business trends to develop and maintain dynamic, strategic marketing campaigns for the company’s commercial and multifamily divisions.
Prior to accepting her position as Digital Marketing and Advertising Coordinator, Howard was a marketing and communications intern at the company for eight months while completing her degree at the University of Florida.
“What attracted me to Trimark was their dedication to quality and the passion they have for every project they develop,” said Howard. “I am extremely grateful for the opportunity Trimark has given me and I can’t wait to apply the skills I’ve learned to further advance the company’s goals.”
Throughout her time at UF, Howard was active both on campus and in the Gainesville community. Howard received previous marketing experience from her internship with local non-profit Family Promise of Gainesville. She was also secretary of UF’s Public Leadership Society, a participant of the School of Business’ Heavener Leadership Challenge, and an active member of her sorority, Sigma Kappa.
Howard graduated in December 2016 with a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration and a minor in English. She began her professional career in early January.
