Leadership Gainesville (LG)
Leadership Gainesville (LG) is a 10-month community leadership program designed to identify, educate and develop the skills leaders need to excel. The program includes a combination of in-depth issue seminars and skills development designed to enhance self-awareness of leadership approaches.
The program provides community immersion experiences and advanced skill development which enable participants to explore critical issues in Gainesville’s business environment. LG 43 was built on the belief that the community, just as any business or organization, requires strong leadership to grow and improve.
