If you are an event sponsor and eligible for an ad in the event program, ad requirements are listed below. All advertisements must be submitted via email to email@example.com no later than March 31, 2017. Ads must be in vector format, file types accepted include: .ai, .eps, .png and .pdf.
- Full Page Ad – 8.5 x 11″ : awarded to the Presenting Sponsor.
- Half Page Ad – 8.5 x 5.5″ OR 5.5 x 8.5″: awarded to Gold Sponsor. Ad can be either 8.5 x 5.5″ OR 5.5 x 8.5″.
- Quarter Page Ad – 4.25 x 5.5″: awarded to Silver Sponsor, VIP Luncheon Sponsor and Small Business Sponsors.
- Business Card-Size Ad – 4.25 x 2.75″: awarded to Corporate Sponsors.
