The Chamber has nine great SmallBizU Workshops planned in 2009 that can help your business be more successful. Next Thursday the Chamber is offering our first workshop which covers "Customer Oriented Selling," presented by Cecil Edge of Cecil Edge & Associates. Cecil's program has been applauded by businesses for its techniques in helping to identify and understand customers' needs. Learn how your sales team can connect with customers and communicate product knowledge on a per-customer basis. Cecil Edge believes that success in sales is dependent upon the skill of the salesperson in finding and understanding the needs of the customer.
