How do I join the Chamber?

Joining is easy. Simply click here to fill out the online form. You can also call us at 352.334.7100, and we will be happy to discuss the benefits of joining the Chamber. The application is short and we accept check or credit cards- online, over the phone or we will come to your place of business.

How can I make a payment on my account?

We make being a member easy. Simply log on to your account in the “Members Only” section and your account information will be posted there. You can make a payment online or, if you prefer, you can mail in a check with the invoice number posted and we will credit your account. Please contact our finance director with any billing questions.

Can I make a change to my account?

Making a change to your account is easy. Log on to your account in the “Members Only” section to view your current account information. Click the “Update Information” button to change any of the data. Please note- only the main contact can make changes to the account. Call our information specialist, Pauline Williams, with any questions- 352.334.7100.

Can I change the category I am listed under?

Yes- this is a simple fix. Log on to your account in the “Members Only” section to view your current category listing. Click the “Update Information” button to change your category by selecting a new category from the list. Here, you can also add your listing under additional categories for $50 each per year. You can make your payment online or call our finance director, Karen Fiore, to make a payment. She can be reached at 352.334.7105 x330 or by e-mail at karen@gainesvillechamber.com.

Can I be a sponsor in the Circle of Champions?

Of course you can. This is an annual sponsorship program and new sponsors are added every September or October. More information about the program can be found by clicking here. Please contact our membership division for more information at 352.334.7100.

Are there any low-price sponsorships available?

Occasionally we offer sponsorships outside of the Circle of Champions sponsorship program. Most of these events are geared toward small businesses. Please contact our membership division if you are interested in learning more. We can be reached at 352.334.7100.

My employer is a member of the Chamber. Can I attend the Chamber events?

Yes!  More than 70,000 employees are represented by our 1,250 member businesses.  Member-to-member coupons can be accessed as well.

I am new and would like to attend networking events. Who will introduce me?

Chamber Diplomats are members committed to supporting local business by serving as an active volunteer extension of the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce; cultivating, promoting and maintaining a positive relationship between the Chamber, our members and the community.  Diplomats are present at all events to greet new members and can be distinguished by their name badge and "Diplomat" ribbon.
