Evaluation Appraisal Report Input
The City of Gainesville Wants Your Input
The City of Gainesville has begun the Evaluation Appraisal Report (EAR) process for the Comprehensive Plan--a plan mandated by the Florida Legislature and designed to help counties and municipalities map out growth. Every seven to 10 years governments are required to evaluate their Comprehensive Plans to identify major issues and opportunities. The plan addresses future land use, housing, transportation, infrastructure and other important components of our community.
The Chamber would like your input to let the City of Gainesville know what the businesses would like to see in our community. Please e-mail director of Public Policy Kimberly Hall at kimh@gainesvillechamber.com with your comments on the Eight Major Issues for the Comprehensive Plan EAR. Read About the Major Issues
