We are excited to announce that Florida House Speaker Marco Rubio will be speaking at the LGAA Tiger Bay event scheduled for October 22nd at Savannah Grande. Speaker Rubio was elected to the Florida State House of Representatives on January 25, 2000, and subsequently reelected. He served as Speaker 2006 through 2008. Speaker Rubio lead the charge in the House of Representatives for Property Tax Reform and was the architect of the 100 Ideas campaign which was designed to engage the public in developing ideas to make our state a better place. To date, we have been unable to re-schedule the Tiger Bay with Senator Gaetz.
