There is no questioning that creating the best company culture requires a sound talent development strategy that simultaneously leverages employee strengths and fills in technical gaps.

The Association for Talent Development reports that small businesses with less than 500 employees spend on average $1,888 per employee on training. LYFEhouse, a professional and personal development training and event company, provides a way for Gainesville organizations to maximize their professional development budget by eliminating or drastically reducing expenditures, such as travel costs, lodging, and loss of work time.

“The mission of LYFEhouse is to increase each organization’s asset portfolio by providing accessible and affordable growth opportunities that enrich both personally and professionally. A company’s employee base is its only appreciable asset and providing content that is an investment of less than $100 in most cases, is completely within the range of most small businesses,” says LYFEhouse Founder Keira Simmonds.

Its signature growth event, Live2Lead: Gainesville, is a prime example of how LYFEhouse achieves this mission. Live2Lead is a simulcast experience that brings high impact content from world class speakers. This year’s event is taking place on Friday, Nov. 4th at City Church, 19 SW 1st St., starting at 8 a.m. and ending at 12:30 p.m. This half-day experience allows employees to be fully inspired and enriched with enough time to return to work revived and equipped for the challenges that lay ahead.

The simulcast boasts content from Liz Wiseman (Author of “The Multipliers”), Simon Sinek (Optimist and Author of “Start With Why” and “Leaders Eat Last”), Dan Cathy (CEO of Chic-Fil-A) and John C. Maxwell (Author of over 80 best-selling books on Leadership).

LYFEhouse events, such as Live2Lead: Gainesville 2016, deliver local and cross-functional, quality content. With the primary focus on leadership, these events are organized to equip personnel at all levels – creating a balanced approach to learning and growth.
