GACARThe August primary election is fast approaching. On August 30, 2016, we will select the candidates to run in November for seats on the County Commission and the School Board, as well as for the Sheriff and Supervisor of Elections offices. GACAR’s Candidate Forum will be an excellent opportunity to meet the candidates and network.

The Candidate Forum is set for Wednesday, August 17, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, at the Best Western Gateway Grand, 4200 NW 97th Blvd, Gainesville, FL 32606.

The event is free with an EventPass. Members who register before noon on August 15 pay $10 or $20 after August 15. Non-members pay $30. Included in your admission are heavy hors d’oeuvres and 2 drink tickets.
