Howard M. Rosenblatt, a Gainesville icon in the legal and insurance fields, has joined the team at Bogin, Munns & Munns, P.A. as an “of counsel” attorney.
Rosenblatt brings over 30 years of experience in estate planning, insurance, probate and elder law to the firm. With the addition of Rosenblatt, the total number of attorneys practicing in the Gainesville office is now six, making it the largest of the nine Bogin, Munns & Munns satellite offices.
“Howard brings a wealth of experience to our firm and is very active in civic and charitable endeavors in our community,” said Adam S. Towers, managing partner. “Having six attorneys in our office is very exciting. It adds a depth of talent that better serves our clients for most legal challenges.”
Rosenblatt graduated from the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida in 1981. Throughout the years he has been active on various committees of the Florida Bar, the board of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association and Society of Financial Service Professionals, to name a few. He is a graduate of Leadership Gainesville, serves on the Levin College of Law’s Law School Advisory Board and is a board member of the Alachua County Library District Foundation.
An active member of B’nai Israel Congregation in Gainesville, Rosenblatt served as the synagogue’s Cantor from 1983-2010. He is married to Eve Ackerman and has two sons, Raphael and Micah.
“Bogin, Munns and Munns is a top-quality law firm,” Rosenblatt said. “I am excited to join a firm with such a reputation for world-class customer service and excellent legal expertise. It will be nice to have the fellowship of other attorneys to further enrich the client experience.”
