Got plans Saturday, April 25th? We do.
Join event host Swamp Head Brewery, organizers Solar Impact, and creative partners for the event, Parisleaf, as we join forces to bring you the inaugural Tree Fest 2015! Tree Fest 2015 will be the first of an annual event series to celebrate Earth Day and Arbor Day.
Hosted at the all-new Swamp Head Brewery, the event will celebrate Alachua County’s legacy for a rich, well-preserved environment by raising money to plant trees with the Alachua Conservation Trust (ACT).
Each beer will plant 5 trees and t-shirts purchased at the event will plant 20 trees.
The trees planted will be one year old longleaf pines planted on ACT’s Little Orange Creek Preserve in Hawthorne, Florida.
The event will host a “family friendly” period from 1pm-4pm with children’s activities and games. The event overall will go from 1pm-9pm.
Want to attend? Head over to Facebook to RSVP (or just head over to Swamp Head day-of).
Want to join our list of sponsor? Drop an email to Mike Garrett at Solar Impact, Inc. or Frank Avery at Parisleaf.
